Intro

A Cozy Little Hotel That Feels Just Like Visiting a Friend’s House

This two-story hotel with only 8 rooms has a warm, homey vibe that instantly puts you at ease.
It’s compact and welcoming—but don’t let its size fool you. There’s a lot more than meets the eye.

Instead of a TV or refrigerator, each room comes with a state-of-the-art ceiling projector.
You can turn your wall into a private cinema, streaming movies or YouTube to your heart’s content.
You might even find yourself thinking, “I wish I had a space like this at home!”
(*We have a shared refrigerator and also lend out mini fridges just big enough to chill drinks.)

In the shared spaces, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxed lounge area.
Feel free to bring in takeout, make a drink when the mood strikes, or just kick back and chill.
It feels less like a hotel and more like hanging out at a friend’s place.
Whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, it’s easy to make yourself at home.
We also offer a carefully selected lineup of free drinks, with a focus on quality teas.

You’ll also find thoughtful extras like free-to-use board games and manga, hair irons, humidifiers, and more—
those little touches that make you think, “Wow, they really thought of everything!”

The location is also perfect for Disney lovers and event-goers—just a short train ride to Tokyo Disney Resort or Makuhari Messe.
After a magical day at the park or an unforgettable concert, it’s the perfect place to keep the good vibes going.
With fun Disney-themed props and accessories available, there are plenty of photo ops too!

If you’re looking for something less like a hotel and more like a “second friend’s house” where you can be yourself—this is the place for you.
A cozy, slightly quirky, but truly comfortable stay awaits.
